Why You Say: This doesn't really belong in the Movie Portal, there isn't anything to see and the main content in this submission is just the audio. If you want to submit this, then just upload it to the Audio Portal and don't upload it in the Movie Portal unless it has an actual video to go with it and not just a visualizer.
Also if you read the guidelines:

"Do not submit something that is merely a sound visualizer set to music, or a recording of your music project timeline. If you want to promote your song in the movie portal, it should be set to original animation like a proper music video; otherwise stick to the Audio Portal."

I didn't say that because I didn't like you, I don't even know who you are.
I said that because the submission wasn't very fit to be in the Movie Portal since it was just a visualizer. It is literally written in the guidelines of submitting a movie. Even if the audio is good, it is preferred that it would have an actual video rather than an audio visualizer.
So no need to be rude and offended. I am simply informing you of the rules when it comes to submitting a movie.
